"Ad campaigns that use radio grow market share 4x faster than those that don't." That's one of the ways the United Kingdom's Radiocentre is calling on brands to amplify their advertising by seeing Radio differently.

Now, the company led by Chris Ruddy has issued what it calls "a strong public challenge to any move that would weaken or eliminate the national television ownership cap."

The NAB is "extremely pleased" that the FCC's top-four prohibition has been struck down by a federal appeals court, but is downbeat about the court's decision to abide by every other rule reinforced by the 2018 Quadrennial Review — released in the waning days of the Biden Administration.
