Comcast Corporation has revealed the "expected members" of the first Board of Directors of VERSANT Media Group, Comcast’s planned spin-off of select media brands and digital businesses.
It began in 1991, and will officially conclude its life as a television show seen on E! Entertainment Television on September 25. E! News has been cancelled by the network that will soon be housed under the Versant spin-off company featuring various NBCUniversal cable network brands.

The New York Giants NFL club has reached an extended partnership agreement with NBCUniversal that will bring the first Spanish-language pre-season broadcast of an annual contest between the NFC franchise and its in-stadium AFC rival to "Telemundo 47" viewers.
Two are in Bad Axe, Mich., while a third property is in the Michigan municipality named Pigeon. Pending FCC approval, these radio stations will be under new ownership. And let us say Aymen ... as they prepare to hand them to the new licensee.
