The following are the fees that are paid to the Federal Communications Commission for applications in various commercial FM broadcast services.
For commercial services, the amount shown is that published in the Application Filing Fee Guide for Media Bureau effective March 2, 2023.
The second value shown is the updated fee that was published in the Order adopted on December 31, 2024 and released on January 7, 2025. These fees will go into effect May 23, 2025.
LPFM and NCE FM stations (primary stations, translators and boosters)
NO FCC FEES. Federal law prohibits the FCC from charging filing fees to non-commercial educational (NCE) broadcasting services.
